Tech Matrix
The TechMatrix is a powerful tool for finding assistive and learning technology products for students with special needs. Search within four subject areas and seven topics for hundreds of AT solutions. Worth a bookmark!
And a little tech note... Today as part of our agency AT committee I meet with our vocational services team about ways they could use AT in their program. I brought with me an Attainment Voice Cue device as a sample of just one area in which AT could make a difference. In a ten minute talk they were sold on the idea of exploring ways that the AT committee could help them use devices like the Voice Cue. Imagine what could have been done in twenty minutes!
That matrix is clean and nice. Good call. The Stages charts are good too: http://www.assistivetech.com:591/chartsonline.htm
