Books I Use In Practice

I find most of what I need for daily practice in the classroom, now that I am in my 12th year of teaching learners with multiple special needs, in my head or online. However there are a few books I return to over and over to guide what I do in the classroom or to give me guidance in planning IEPs.
I am sure I am missing one or two. What books do you go back to?

  1. Meeting Physical and Health Needs of Children with Disabilities: Teaching Student Participation and Management (Paperback)
by Kathryn W. Heller (Author), Paula E. Forney (Author), Paul A. Alberto (Author), Morton N. Schwartzman (Author), Trudy Goeckel (Author)

It was a textbook for a class I took with Dr. Heller, and for making healthcare plans and goals for those needing IHP's it is second to none. Yes, it's pretty expensive which is why I guard it! But definitely worth it. 12 years - you're a real old-timer in this business!
